By playing Golzara you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.
Who can play
You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of adulthood where you live, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms for you.
Your account
Keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for what happens on your account. Display names must not be offensive, impersonate someone or include personal contact details; we may change or remove names that break this.
Fair play
Do not cheat. That includes looking up answers with another person or tool during ranked matches, using bots or modified apps, exploiting bugs, sharing accounts to boost rank, and harassing other players. We may remove results, reset progress, or suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
Purchases
Coins, energy, cosmetics, event passes and Golzara Plus are a licence to use virtual items in the game. They have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money. Nothing you buy changes the result of a match. Purchases are processed by Apple or Google under their terms, and refunds follow their policies except where the law gives you other rights. Golzara Plus renews automatically until you cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account.
Questions and content
We work hard to check every question, but mistakes can happen. If you report a question that turns out to be wrong, we fix it and may correct affected results. The game, its questions, art and names belong to Golzara. Club, player and competition names are used only to identify them; Golzara is not connected to or endorsed by any club, league or federation.
Changes and availability
We may change, pause or end features, events or the game. We may update these terms and will tell you in the app about important changes; continuing to play means you accept them.
Liability
The game is provided "as is". As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for loss of virtual items caused by events outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.

من يمكنه اللعب
يجب ألا يقل عمرك عن 13 عاماً. إذا كنت دون سن الرشد في بلدك، فيجب أن يوافق أحد والديك أو وليّ أمرك على هذه الشروط نيابةً عنك.
حسابك
حافظ على أمان تسجيل دخولك. أنت مسؤول عمّا يحدث في حسابك. يجب ألا تكون الأسماء الظاهرة مسيئة أو منتحلة لشخص آخر أو متضمنة لبيانات اتصال شخصية، ويحق لنا تغيير أو إزالة الأسماء المخالفة.
اللعب النظيف
لا تغش. يشمل ذلك البحث عن الإجابات بمساعدة شخص آخر أو أداة أثناء المباريات المصنّفة، واستخدام البرامج الآلية أو التطبيقات المعدّلة، واستغلال الأخطاء، ومشاركة الحسابات لرفع التصنيف، ومضايقة اللاعبين الآخرين. يحق لنا إلغاء النتائج أو إعادة ضبط التقدّم أو إيقاف الحسابات المخالفة أو إغلاقها.
المشتريات
العملات والطاقة والعناصر التجميلية وتذاكر الأحداث وجولزارا بلس هي ترخيص لاستخدام عناصر افتراضية داخل اللعبة، وليس لها قيمة نقدية ولا يمكن استبدالها بالمال. لا شيء تشتريه يغيّر نتيجة أي مباراة. تتم المشتريات عبر Apple أو Google وفق شروطهما، ويخضع الاسترداد لسياساتهما إلا حيث يمنحك القانون حقوقاً أخرى. يتجدد اشتراك جولزارا بلس تلقائياً حتى تلغيه من حسابك في App Store أو Google Play.
الأسئلة والمحتوى
نبذل جهداً كبيراً لمراجعة كل سؤال، لكن الأخطاء واردة. إذا أبلغت عن سؤال وتبيّن أنه خاطئ، نصحّحه وقد نعدّل النتائج المتأثرة. اللعبة وأسئلتها ورسومها وأسماؤها ملك لجولزارا. تُستخدم أسماء الأندية واللاعبين والبطولات للتعريف بها فقط، وجولزارا غير مرتبطة بأي نادٍ أو دوري أو اتحاد ولا تحظى برعايته.
التغييرات والإتاحة
قد نغيّر الميزات أو الأحداث أو اللعبة أو نوقفها مؤقتاً أو ننهيها. وقد نحدّث هذه الشروط وسنخبرك داخل التطبيق بالتغييرات المهمة، واستمرارك في اللعب يعني قبولك لها.
المسؤولية
تُقدَّم اللعبة "كما هي". في الحدود التي يسمح بها القانون، لا نتحمّل المسؤولية عن الخسائر غير المباشرة أو فقدان العناصر الافتراضية بسبب أحداث خارجة عن سيطرتنا. لا شيء في هذه الشروط يحدّ من حقوقك بموجب قوانين حماية المستهلك.
