Delete your Golzara account

In the app (fastest)

Open Golzara, go to Profile → Settings → Account → Delete account, and confirm. Your account is deleted straight away.

Without the app

Email support@golzara.com from the email address you use to sign in, with the subject "Delete my Golzara account". Include your display name. We will confirm and delete the account within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your profile: display name, avatar, email and sign-in links, country and birth year.
• Your friends, rooms, coins, energy, badges and progress.
• Your notification token and settings.

What is kept

• Results of matches you played, without anything that identifies you, so your opponents' records and rankings stay correct.
• Purchase records that we must keep for tax and accounting law, for as long as that law requires.

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscriptions first.

من داخل التطبيق (الأسرع)

افتح جولزارا، واذهب إلى الملف ← الإعدادات ← الحساب ← حذف الحساب، ثم أكّد. يُحذف حسابك فوراً.

بدون التطبيق

أرسل بريداً إلى support@golzara.com من البريد الذي تسجّل به الدخول، بعنوان "Delete my Golzara account"، واذكر اسمك الظاهر. سنؤكّد الطلب ونحذف الحساب خلال 30 يوماً.

ما الذي يُحذف

• ملفك الشخصي: الاسم الظاهر، والصورة الرمزية، والبريد وروابط تسجيل الدخول، والدولة وسنة الميلاد.
• أصدقاؤك وغرفك وعملاتك وطاقتك وشاراتك وتقدّمك.
• رمز الإشعارات وإعداداتها.

ما الذي يبقى

• نتائج المباريات التي لعبتها، دون أي شيء يدل عليك، حتى تبقى سجلات منافسيك وتصنيفاتهم صحيحة.
• سجلات الشراء التي يُلزمنا قانون الضرائب والمحاسبة بالاحتفاظ بها، للمدة التي يحددها القانون.

حذف الحساب لا يلغي الاشتراك. ألغِ اشتراكك أولاً من اشتراكات App Store أو Google Play.
