Privacy Policy

This policy explains what the Golzara game ("Golzara", "we") collects, why, who we share it with, and the choices you have. Questions: support@golzara.com.
What we collect
- Account: a player ID, your display name and avatar, your language, and the country and birth year you give us (used for the minimum age check). If you sign in with email, your email address; with Apple or Google, the account identifier and email they share with us. You can play as a guest without any of these.
- Gameplay: your matches, answers, scores, rank, division, badges, coins, energy, friends and rooms.
- Purchases: what you bought and when. Payment itself is handled by Apple or Google; we never see your card details.
- Device and usage: basic app events (for example "match finished"), app version, device type, crash information, and a push notification token if you allow notifications.
- Ads: if you choose to watch a rewarded ad, the ad provider may use your device's advertising identifier.
- Support: anything you send us when you contact support or report a question.
Why we use it
- To run the game: matchmaking, fair ranked scoring, saving your progress and restoring purchases.
- To keep matches fair and stop cheating and abuse.
- To improve questions and the game, using event data.
- To send sign-in codes and, if you allow them, notifications.
- To answer you when you contact us.
We do not sell your personal data.
Who we share it with
Only with the services that run the game for us, each for its own job:
- Supabase (database and servers, hosted in the European Union).
- Apple and Google (sign-in, in-app purchases, push notifications).
- RevenueCat (keeps track of purchases).
- Google AdMob (rewarded ads, only if you choose to watch one).
- Expo (delivers push notifications and app updates).
- Resend (sends sign-in emails) and Cloudflare (this website and our support email).
Your display name, avatar, rank and badges are visible to other players. We may also share data when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your account data while your account exists. When you delete your account, we delete your profile, friends and personal details. Match records stay only in anonymous form so other players' results remain correct. Raw app event data is kept for a limited time and then removed.
Your choices and rights
- Delete your account in the app (Profile, Settings, Account, Delete account) or as described on golzara.com/delete-account.
- Ask us for a copy of your data or to correct it by writing to support@golzara.com.
- Turn off notifications and limit ad tracking in your phone's settings.
Children
Golzara is for players aged 13 and over. We ask for your birth year and do not knowingly collect data from younger children. If you believe a child under 13 has an account, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
Data is sent over encrypted connections and access to it is restricted. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above, and tell you in the app for important changes.

ما الذي نجمعه
- الحساب: معرّف اللاعب، واسمك الظاهر وصورتك الرمزية، ولغتك، والدولة وسنة الميلاد التي تعطينا إياها (للتحقق من الحد الأدنى للعمر). إذا سجّلت الدخول بالبريد الإلكتروني فبريدك، وإذا سجّلت عبر Apple أو Google فمعرّف الحساب والبريد الذي يشاركانه معنا. يمكنك اللعب كضيف دون أي من ذلك.
- اللعب: مبارياتك وإجاباتك ونتائجك وتصنيفك ودوريّك وشاراتك وعملاتك وطاقتك وأصدقاؤك وغرفك.
- المشتريات: ما اشتريته ومتى. تتولى Apple أو Google عملية الدفع نفسها، ولا نرى بيانات بطاقتك أبداً.
- الجهاز والاستخدام: أحداث أساسية في التطبيق (مثل "انتهت المباراة")، وإصدار التطبيق، ونوع الجهاز، ومعلومات الأعطال، ورمز الإشعارات إذا سمحت بها.
- الإعلانات: إذا اخترت مشاهدة إعلان مكافأة، فقد يستخدم مزوّد الإعلانات معرّف الإعلانات في جهازك.
- الدعم: أي شيء ترسله إلينا عند التواصل مع الدعم أو الإبلاغ عن سؤال.
لماذا نستخدمها
- لتشغيل اللعبة: إيجاد المنافسين، واحتساب النتائج المصنّفة بعدل، وحفظ تقدّمك واستعادة مشترياتك.
- للحفاظ على عدالة المباريات ومنع الغش والإساءة.
- لتحسين الأسئلة واللعبة باستخدام بيانات الأحداث.
- لإرسال رموز تسجيل الدخول، والإشعارات إذا سمحت بها.
- للرد عليك عندما تتواصل معنا.
نحن لا نبيع بياناتك الشخصية.
مع من نشاركها
فقط مع الخدمات التي تشغّل اللعبة لنا، كلٌّ في مهمته:
- Supabase (قاعدة البيانات والخوادم، مستضافة في الاتحاد الأوروبي).
- Apple و Google (تسجيل الدخول، والمشتريات داخل التطبيق، والإشعارات).
- RevenueCat (متابعة المشتريات).

اسمك الظاهر وصورتك الرمزية وتصنيفك وشاراتك مرئية للاعبين الآخرين. وقد نشارك البيانات عندما يُلزمنا القانون بذلك.
مدة الاحتفاظ
نحتفظ ببيانات حسابك ما دام حسابك موجوداً. عند حذف حسابك نحذف ملفك الشخصي وأصدقاءك وبياناتك الشخصية. تبقى سجلات المباريات بشكل مجهول الهوية فقط حتى تبقى نتائج اللاعبين الآخرين صحيحة. تُحفظ بيانات أحداث التطبيق الخام لمدة محدودة ثم تُحذف.
خياراتك وحقوقك
- احذف حسابك من داخل التطبيق (الملف، الإعدادات، الحساب، حذف الحساب) أو كما هو موضّح في golzara.com/delete-account.
- اطلب نسخة من بياناتك أو تصحيحها بالكتابة إلى support@golzara.com.
- أوقف الإشعارات وقيّد تتبّع الإعلانات من إعدادات هاتفك.
الأطفال
جولزارا مخصّصة للاعبين بعمر 13 عاماً فأكثر. نسأل عن سنة ميلادك ولا نجمع عن قصد بيانات أطفال أصغر سناً. إذا كنت تعتقد أن طفلاً دون 13 عاماً لديه حساب، تواصل معنا وسنحذفه.
الأمان
تُرسل البيانات عبر اتصالات مشفّرة ويُقيَّد الوصول إليها. لا يوجد نظام آمن تماماً، لكننا نعمل على حماية بياناتك.
التغييرات
إذا غيّرنا هذه السياسة سنحدّث التاريخ أعلاه، ونخبرك داخل التطبيق بالتغييرات المهمة.
